Phase 1: Some people have contacted localparty.org about information
and participation.
Phase 2: People are actually gathering around the idea of helping set up a Local
Party.
Phase 3: The decision has been made to create a Local Party.
Phase 4: A Local Party is in the works.
Or: a third political party is active in your state next to the two usual parties. They will have to give up this link to any local political group interested in following the LocalParty.Org vision of head-on political competition in your city or county. Until that day, they are the best way to compete against local system-created political domination.
